Backordering Domain NamesAs a website designer and occationally I will backorder a domain name for my own or private client. Recently I have backordered a domain name TLD. As I understand from this link http://forum.icann.org/lists/raa-consultation/msg00049.htmlthere will be little or now possiblity of the domain name to be released by the Registar owner. ICANN seems to have rules and regulation but seems like this is not enforced like it should be refering to forums. This then gives little to no faith on the use of backordering methods available to the public. Imagine the amounts of coinage from the public in feable attemps in backordering domain names that they truely think they have a chance in gaining. Then to have the monutary loss. What good is rules and regulations if the registar you are to trust does not act correctly on releasing and dropping the domain name back to the internets pool. The Registar I am trying to backorder from is not a well known Registar HOSTING '4' ALL NULL NULL (network@hosting4all.com) +81.808794552 Fax: Kosugi Gotencho 1-992 Kobayashi Bldg 3F KAWASAKI, KANAGAWA 211-0068,, JP but has the domain name in their name and not releasing it and is over the timeline for release of the domain name I backordered! I would not advise any of my clients in backordering use as of 12-1-09. Until ICANN enforces the regulation what use is BACKORDERING DOMAIN NAMES!! Engaging
